Pollinators, screening mesh and replacement parts
This category brings together the Phönix Pollinator, compact screening containers and mesh for mechanically separating plant material and fine particles. Replacement screens, a spare motor and a separate power supply for selected Phönix models are also included. First decide whether you need a complete machine, a simple screening container or a component for existing equipment. Check the product designation and package contents. For example, a replacement motor does not automatically include a power supply.
Distinguish mesh opening from construction
Mesh opening is expressed in micrometres and describes the openings in the fabric. Smaller values indicate finer openings, but the number alone does not establish a fit with the machine. A ready-made replacement screen and fabric supplied from a roll are different items. Also compare dimensions, attachment and the explicitly stated model compatibility.
For mesh sold by length, check the roll width and the length ordered. Electrical replacement parts require a matching model series and connectors. Do not transfer a motor’s compatibility statement automatically to a screen or power supply. Inspect mesh and equipment for damage and follow the cleaning guidance. These checks help distinguish a complete purchase from replacing a specific part and make it easier to assemble the right components.
