Beyond a propagator, lighting and growing medium, propagation benefits from practical tools for everyday work. Match dimensions and intended purpose
For measuring tools, consider the usable scale, volume and any required closure. Keep separate, clean tools for different products. Plant labels help identify varieties and record steps in the process. Light brackets must match the fitting and mounting method; a suspension hook alone does not replace every required holder.
Choose transport packaging around the root ball or pot and the height of the foliage. The number of positions is only part of the comparison. A suitable outer carton complements the pack without compressing the plants. Select gloves by size and suitability for the task. Disposable supplies do not replace cleaning the workstation and caring for tools.
