The PLANT!T Aeros I is a sophisticated irrigation system, known as Deep Water Culture (DWC) or Bubbler. This irrigation system requires only an air pump, which provides the nutrient solution and root system with sufficient oxygen. PLANT!T aeros is a Deep Water Culture (DWC) system, also known as a bubbler system. These are highly popular hydroponic systems that require very little growing substrate but a large amount of nutrient/water solution.The PLANT!T aeros is ideal for short-term and seasonal plants.The plant is held in a net pot filled with a growing medium such as clay pebbles, and the roots are immersed in a highly oxygenated nutrient/water solution. The PLANT!T aeros features an air pump with one outlet and a submersible air stone to provide the plant's roots with a large amount of oxygen, resulting in rapid growth.The bubbles produced by the air stone keep the nutrient/water solution constantly moving and oxygen-rich, ensuring that the roots stay healthy.To achieve optimal results, it is important to carefully monitor the EC and pH levels in this system. The ebb-and-flow method, also known as EBB&GROW®, irrigates from below: The substrate is flooded with nutrient solution. When the pump switches off, the solution drains back into the reservoir. This regular rise and fall ensures an optimal oxygen supply in the root zone.The system suits beginners looking for a technically simple, easy-to-use method as well as experienced growers. Its modular design adapts to different environmental requirements and can noticeably increase yields.This versatile growing system accommodates many pot sizes, materials and shapes.
