This selection includes Aptus All-in-One granules, Aptus Breakout Powder and Mills Vitabrix. Their purposes and application methods differ. Even in a supplements category, a product may provide base nutrition: All-in-One granules are a sustained-release fertiliser for the growing medium. First decide whether you need base feeding, a flowering supplement or a product for the root zone.
Match the pack to its purpose
The two Aptus products are each listed in 100 gram and 1 kilogram packs. Breakout Powder is a concentrated PK supplement for late flowering and is used differently from the granules. Mills Vitabrix is listed in a 300 gram pack. Similar pack weights do not imply the same coverage or application rate.
Account for existing nutrition
Before choosing, note the nutrients already supplied by your growing medium and current feeding programme. Add products for a defined purpose rather than combining several with overlapping roles without checking. Follow the specific manufacturer's instructions for timing, amount and application route. A suitable scale helps with gram measurements; liquid volume and powder weight are not interchangeable units.
