The unique octagonal cells of the tray create a small air gap around the plugs, allowing new roots to develop faster after potting. The dry plugs are lightweight and can be stored for long periods without the risk of mold formation. Simply soak them overnight in a solution of ROOT!T First Feed to hydrate them before use. The plugs have a stepped hole on top, first a wider hole for seeds, and underneath, a narrower, deeper hole for cuttings. The plugs are natural and biodegradable, breaking down naturally into the substrate or soil. The tray can be reused with new cuttings.
