Shipping

Here you can find out how we ship the goods. You can select this yourself in the checkout during the ordering process.

The maximum delivery time for the items is usually 5 working days. In no case do exceeding the delivery deadlines justify claims for damages or a right to withdraw from the contract. Partial deliveries are permitted. Unless otherwise requested, we will choose the most cost-effective shipping method. Express deliveries, fragile deliveries or cash on delivery shipments will be charged additionally. If the goods are lost during shipping, the provider cannot be held liable. All prices in CHF including VAT!

Shipping in Switzerland and the Principality of Lichtenstein

Orders within Switzerland usually leave the warehouse on the same working day after receipt of the order. If something is not in stock, the order can be held. In this case, the customer will be informed in good time (also in the shopping cart of the ordering process).

We ship orders over 60kg on pallets by freight forwarder. Depending on the type of goods ordered, the packaging will also be invoiced.

Free shipping*

For private customers with a purchase value over 150.00 CHF we offer free delivery of the products. This dispatch is carried out by the post office. Normally the parcel will be sent by A Post (Priority) and delivered on the next working day (Monday to Friday). In exceptional cases, there may be delays or the consignment may be sent by B Mail (Economy).

*Free shipping for shipments up to 90KG and from a shopping basket value of at least CHF 150.00.

Partial delivery

Our customers have the option of having goods that are not in stock delivered in instalments free of charge. To do this, simply select the ‘Partial delivery’ shipping method when completing your order. You will then receive all goods that we have in stock immediately after receipt of payment and the remaining goods will be delivered to you free of charge after arrival of the goods.

With the PostPac Priority shipping method, we deliver your parcels quickly, securely and reliably throughout Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein - from Monday to Friday, usually by the next working day.

With the PostPac Economy shipping method, we deliver your parcels throughout Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein quickly, securely and reliably - from Monday to Friday, usually within 2-3 working days. Favourable and fast delivery option.

Pick up in the shop

You can also pick up your goods conveniently from our shop. You have the option of choosing one of our locations. You will be notified by e-mail or SMS when the goods are ready for collection. This is usually the case after 1 to two working days. Please note that we charge a restocking fee of 20% of the purchase value for uncollected goods. In addition, a storage fee of CHF 20.00 will be charged two weeks after the pick-up invitation has been sent.

Freight forwarding

Orders with very bulky (e.g. pipe silencers) or overweight (e.g. soil) goods as well as orders over 60kg will be shipped on pallets (80x120cm).

Attention, shipping costs are only guidelines.

They will be calculated and passed on to the customer after dispatch. If you would like an exact invoice before purchasing, you can request a quote from us and we will calculate the exact shipping costs for you.

Shipping EU and rest of the world

Orders from the EU are dispatched immediately after receipt of payment. The only option is prepayment. After receipt of the order, we will send an order confirmation / invoice with the details of the shipping costs. The goods will be dispatched as soon as we have received confirmation from the bank that payment has been received.

If something is not in stock, the order can be held back. In this case, the customer will be informed in good time. For this reason, it is mandatory to provide an e-mail or telephone number when ordering. So that everything can be clarified in this case as well. EU shipping, price on request / after order.

Please note the legal regulations regarding CBD, THC and hemp seeds in the respective countries. Bischofberger Gardening assumes no liability.

Advance Payment

You simply pay in advance, and the goods will be conveniently and affordably delivered to your home after payment is received.

We will reserve your order for the following period: Hemp seeds: 5 days, all other products: 10 days. After this period, a payment reminder will be issued.

Please transfer the total amount to our account.

After receiving your payment, we will inform you by email that the payment has been received.

Please include the order number in your payment reference.

Invoice*

You will receive the goods delivered to your home and then pay conveniently by invoice*. You can pay this easily online, at an SBB machine, or, of course, at the post office.

*Invoice as a payment method is available to customers from the second order up to a shopping cart value of 200.00 CHF.

The invoice period is 10 days from the shipping date. Payment reminders, dunning letters, and collections may result in additional costs.

For the first order on invoice, we will send a reminder with a surcharge after 10 days and block the payment method again.

Cash Payment in Store

You can also conveniently pay for your goods in cash when picking them up in the store. No goods can be taken without payment.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to pay for your order in the store with a card or Twint.

You can also conveniently pay for your goods via PayPal. PayPal offers you many options to pay for your order. Whether with your PayPal account, a credit card, or Pay Later (installment payment).
